Shipping policy

SHIPPING METHODS - You can choose your shipping method at checkout. We presently offer tracked services by Canada Post and UPS services for Canada, Canada Post for International, and USPS for the U.S.

FULFILLMENT TIMES - All items ship from our RockPaperMerch Canadian warehouse in Toronto ON within 10 working days (not counting weekends and holidays) of placing your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with the tracking number. If you have not received a shipping confirmation after 14 days of ordering please drop contact customer service support for an update. If your order contains a Pre-Sale item please review the Pre-Sale terms in this FAQ as the delivery times frequently change. 

SHIPPING TIMES - Note that the shipping time you select is dated from the time your order is picked up by the courier, not the time your order is placed. U.S. orders will experience a small additional delay in shipping as products clear U.S, customs and enter the U.S, postal system. Likewise, overseas orders will experience delays as your package clears individual country customs protocols. Overseas delivery times are presently 4 to 6 weeks. Despite the long delivery time all orders do show up so please be patient. You can also check with your local post office for more accurate delivery time information.
