RANDY BACHMAN Jazz Thing Live in Toronto (2004)

When the legendary RANDY BACHMAN toured in support of his JazzThing CD release in 2004, he was realizing a dream he had had since he was 14 years old. He had gone back to his roots in jazz music, produced a critically lauded CD and embarked on the most amazing tour - a string of shows in small intimate clubs across Canada. This DVD captures one of the first performances of that tour recorded for the TV special "Bravo! Presents Randy Bachman Live At the Rehearsal Hall". It features guest performances by renowned jazz artist Curtis Stigers, Joel Kroeker, and Randy's son Tal Bachman performing with his father on his own song and "Looking Out For #1". Plus Randy's newest compositions which critics liken to some great jazz standards from another era.
